CrossFit Yoga Series by Flotality


This four-part series will help you warm up pre-workout, improve your mobility and joint stability, build upon core strength and balance,  before finally helping you to cool down and stretch off for post WOD recovery.

You can use one section at a time, as and when required, or combine all four parts and enjoy a full-body yoga session whenever and where ever you like.

  • Part 1 – Warm-Up
  • Part 2 – Mobilise
  • Part 3 – Strengthen
  • Part 4 – Recover

With regular practice, you will begin to see improvement not only in your mobility but also in your performance both inside and outside of the Box as well as fast post WOD recovery.
